Suggestion Remove the sign-in for 30-days option

I despise on having to sign-in to GBAtemp after 30-days have passed. I would like there to be a 'remember me' option so that you are always signed in without limitations.

It also sucks if for example I clear the cache in my browser in case something went wrong, it would then sign me out for no reason.

If you have to clear your cache or cookies, that's not a problem with the temp though...

Never happened to me.. but i'm using a phone (not pc).

Being remembered, as in being kept logged in, is achieved by saving the session in a cookie.

If you clear cache and cookies then you will be logged out, that's just how logins work from a technical standpoint.

My account just randomly logs off at any given time when I'm not clearing my cache and cookies even.

Use something like ccleaner to clean your cache/cookies and add gbatemp to the exclude list. Or a browser extension that does similar.

Yes I could do but that's not the point here. One of the main reasons that I have suggested this was so that I can always be logged in all of the time, and not having to keep logging back in. Was there any reason to add the 'Sign in for 30-days' option in the first place? Possibly for security reasons?

Okay. Just checked and it seems to me like this only happens if you have 2FA implemented to your account.
