Recheck your atmos version supported firmware and switch firmware should match.Hey guys, I'm having this problem on a Nintendo Switch
i try and nothing workingRecheck your atmos version supported firmware and switch firmware should match.
Or try default atmos without using any custom packs.
Use some kind of magnifier, scratch it until it change color from green(pcb mask) to gold/yellow(copper), after that let the solder tin and flux do the talk.
you are using sysmmc or emummc ? also what switch firmware is based on 16.0.3 or 16.1.0 ?i try and nothing working
i believe you can find some picture somewhere in this thread, its either traces are cut or via are destroyed. What does an over scratched point look like?
You already succeed.My question is,
1 How can I know that I have successfully flashed firmware?
Firmware will will first check and give error rst not connected (short - short) blinks if nothing is connected, so by this then you know that firmware is already running on pico.2 Is there any way to check firmware on RP2040?
Guide mention that it should blink red for successful flash and even first page is not clear about the procedure.
Why are u using 2.74 , its depreciated .I am flashing firmware on picofly wondershare device.
Here is what I am doing-
1 Press boot menu and simultaneously plug usb c end into USB port. (No led response, PC detects portable device in explorer)
2 Drag firmware 2.74.uf file into the rp2040 device folder (no led response on the RP2040 board is observed)
3 Explorer window automatically closes with no change in led status on RP2040
4 On reinserting without pressing boot button, its blinking long blue followed by short green blinks continuously.

Thanks for advice, can i flash directly old firmware? Or I need to flash something else before to clear the older version? Why are u using 2.74 , its depreciated .
Use 2.73
Just flash it overThanks for advice, can i flash directly old firmware? Or I need to flash something else before to clear the older version?
Quick questions:
1- Can picofly toolbox payload through hekate be used to downgrade rp2040 without removing it from the switch? I have an oled switch with the unstable version (2.74) installed. I think that's why it gives the "failed to init sd card" error, and I would like to put it at 2.73
2- Should the 100ohm resistors be placed replacing all the 47ohm ones? That part I still don't understand.
Honestly, I would not update the hwfly rp2040 chips with the latest firmware. There's no telling if the manufacturer changed something with the firmware they flashed on their products. I would ask the manufacturer/seller for firmware updates. Also please use this thread for hwfly rp2040 clones/chips:1. yes, just put the update.bin from 2.73 in the root of the sd card, run the toolbox and press update
2. i assume you're talking about a hwfly rp2040 chip? then you can either replace the 47ohm resistors for dat0/cmd with 100 ohm ones, or you can add another 47 ohm resistor between the wire and the point on the chip for dat0/cmd. Clk should still have 47 ohm.
Thx for all responses.1. yes, just put the update.bin from 2.73 in the root of the sd card, run the toolbox and press update

a closer look to those solder pads would be nice , some of them pads seem ripped/no solder on them if u had the solder iron to hot and held it in to long it might be possible u took some pads ofI am getting BSOD after trying picofly. I just applied solder to tge solder points and thought I will complete it in daylight.
Went through the forum, cleaned my soldered points and flux but still BSOD.
Attaching images, please someone have a look at it.
Can you point where exactly? I will try to post high quality images tomorrowa closer look to those solder pads would be nice , some of them pads seem ripped/no solder on them if u had the solder iron to hot and held it in to long it might be possible u took some pads of

How do you reverse the led on the rp2040 tiny. I am getting a green led when flashing the firmware. I saw that you could bridge 2 points on the back of the zero, but I don’t see those points on the tiny.
Thank you I bridged the user mode point but it is still flashing green. But I assume since I am using 2.73 it is not required? For red led , bridge the two points.
But, if you use firmware 2.70+ , no need bridge the two points.
