Hacking Oldies Others Replace Sonic and Knuckles music in Sonic 3 and Knuckles ROM with Sonic 3 music

Hello,
I'm trying to replace the Sonic and Knuckles music in a Sonic 3 and Knuckles ROM with their Sonic 3 alone counterparts. Would someone please tell me how to do that, or at the very least, provide a ROM that replaces the S&K music with the S3 music?

that sonic 3 complete sounds cool, but it has a menu, which i don't want
i just want one that starts directly in the title screen

and the sonic 3 air is also really cool, but it's not a rom hack, and i'm specifically looking for a rom hack

iirc you can set Sonic 3 complete to boot directly to the title screen
