Just use sysupdater in emuNAND (don't worry it's safe) with a 9.5 CIA pack

I heart Ya dark samus3.....put updates folder at root of sdcard start Rxtools in devmode install sysupdater to sysnand . Use sysnand to update system using 9.5 files listed in updates folder on root of sdcard.....last wee bit which card do we put update files on route of sdcard as they're both sdcard. And thx again

They are developing a homebrew that lets you downgrade your firmware.

Its not just CFW its also Gateway support
