I quite like the inbuilt search and use it all the time but being one those yellow bastards I have no limits on using it. I imagine waiting between searches if I doing a recursive/narrowing/list of possibilities/typoed/forgot to uncheck this forum only or something similar would get annoying if cooldowns were in place.

Anyway I am not sure if the limits are there because they were enabled when the hosting was not a robust, because they were turned on because of a glut of users or because they are still needed. It might be worth considering dropping restrictions down to full members, maybe newcomers. However I am not the server bother here so I will leave that for others.

I have been here 8 years and still cant make heads or tails of the on site search. Not once has it returned a useful result. Not once. Sure, "use google" is fine, but why not make it just slightly easier for me and the rest of the member base? I am in favor of this plugin.

I too think the site's search is quite poor. I think they should just switch it to a "Google Powered" one, so whatever your search will have "site:gbatemp.net" added to the beginning of it.

i am the only one which always found frustrating google powered searches?
unless it's improved... in the past i was in a few forums and sites that had that google search thing.. it never showed what i wanted.. but if i searched on google itself it worked pretty well..

BigOnYa @ BigOnYa: I played the intro to far cry 5, that is like some crazy Jim Jones cult shit. Still its petty...
