Yes, it is. Theme song playing is almost the first minute of the song, but it turned out extremely loud. Like, BLARING on a N3DSXL's speakers. Top screen scrolls almost seamlessly to the right (hard to make it seamless when all I got are screen caps of the vid), bottom screen is a 3-frame animated scene.

Cheapest I can see available online (in Australia) is $62.50 + 7.00 postage.

Luckily I was able to get a copy from JB Hi-Fi for $30 before they sold out.
