Yeah, sometimes it takes a little while for the json to be updated though not as much as the enctitlekeys.bin/dectitlekeys.bin files. I can confirm it is in CIAngel now. Try using the serial search (you know, CTR-N-XXXX).

I just got an email like 20 minutes ago. Looks like Europe is doing things differently, and instead of giving out codes, they make you log it to the website and redeem it directly, then you can download it from the eShop, kind of like what they did with Flipnote Studio 3D.

If you have a European console you don't need a code, you can just go here, sign in to your NNID, and you should be able to get the demo.
