Hacking [Question] Possible 3.55 "jailbreak"?

I noticed that the homebrew and hacking section for ps4 wasnt very active here, but im hoping someone will be able to answer my question anyway.

I managed to find a jailbreak file for 3.55, it didnt require any surveys, no information was asked for, the file required a password to unzip but it was provided by the website (link below)

Files that were inside of the .7z archive

Is there any way this is legit?

Obviously, i dont want to just try it and find out, especially since im entirely new to ps4 hacking.
The website name doesnt seem trustable at all, but i mean, who knows?

Honestly, if the website name wasnt screaming fake, i probably would have tried to install it.
The only other thing that bugged me about it, was the text file labeled .PKG

You will start seeing the news in the main banner page of every gaming sites.

Remember we dont even have a proper hack for super slim ps3 yet
