I can admit, I do. But only for games that I don't really like much (such as Super Mario Maker for Nintendo 3DS), but then I research them. ^^Well, to be honest everyone who uses this app probably uses it for piracy.

Is third quest under attack from nintendo? I'm soooo hyped for that particular romhack and if nintendo kills it I'll be sad.Even though it's true that they can still send a Cease and Desist Notice towards the person, as well as the website that it's hosted on. We must never give up!
No matter how many times Nintendo tries to issue Cease and Desist Notices (or DMCA, if it's US-based server), we will never be defeated! We're just gonna keep coming back stronger than ever. We must never give up! And I've told most game developers and homebrew developers to never give up continuing to make their fan games and programs.
And besides, there's already many fan projects that are well known that are in jeopardy of being taken down by Nintendo. There's one particular ROM hack that I'm more concerned about, in which hasn't been completed yet. It's called Project 3rd Quest, and I, along with many people must tell the developers to never give up and keep going with their ROM hack, 'cause I'm not gonna let any ROM hacks be removed from existence by Nintendo's complaints, nor will I let any source codes be removed from existence either. The future of reverse engineering and everything homebrew, must be preserved at all costs.

Didn't they take down Pokemon Prism recently?[offtopic]Didn't Nintendo say they were okay with ROM hacks? [/offtopic]
Didn't they take down Pokemon Prism recently?
Yeah I know, I was just saying I think I heard that Nintendo was perfectly fine with ROM hacks, but now their going mad over them.Didn't they take down Pokemon Prism recently?
I think it was one of the people at Nintendo that said that. I'm pretty sure it was Satoru Iwata that said that he doesn't care about ROM hacks. I can't remember. I can't find the article anymore, can someone try to find it for me?Yeah I know, I was just saying I think I heard that Nintendo was perfectly fine with ROM hacks, but now their going mad over them.
He also removed the 3DS Logo the DMCA accused him of using. (He should switch to the new Homebrew logo that ctrmus uses)I just think it's funny that after getting a DMCA notice by Nintendo and possibly getting sued, he set up a new link at Freeshop.pw
