I don't think we on the same issue here.
memory.cpp lots of errors, Is a Citra Down Count Issue, Citra Core Clocking/Ticks issue has really messed up over a year, And braking a few Games.

I don't know what the extdata of the US Version, but it's similar or identical to the title ID.
