2.3 is kind of a rare place to be. The wait will be worth it since you'll be one of the first people able to get CFW.

so this is the current status of switch hax
1.0.0 have kernelhax,trustzonehax,private userland homebrew
2.x have kernelhax,trustzonehax,private userland homebrew
3.0.0 have kernelhax,trustzonehax,public userland homebrew
3.x have kernelhax,trustzonehax,private userland homebrew
4.x have private userland homebrew

Quick question. Just obtained a 3.0.1 Switch. It looks like TZ has been hacked on 3.X.X so does it matter if I update it to say 3.0.2 via the cartridge to play Super Mario Odyssey?

I think you can play Odyssey on 3.0.1? Either way, I will go against the grain and say its fine. 2.x to 3.02 would be bad, as you may slow down your chances at stuff later on, but it is doubtful that too much changed between 3.0.1 and 3.0.2. The trustzone hack being worked on will likely work the same on both.

Do you guys think that the new exploits will allow us to maintain existing saves? A bit of a silly question since you would assume so, but I can't remember how it worked for the 3DS because I think you created a fresh SysNAND and then created the EmuNAND and did a system transfer? In which case you would want to play your games on a secondary Switch?
Just wait man. Sure mario is a real good game but that doesnt worth it updating the fw just for the sake of one game. Just chill and wait

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.+1 -

@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.+1 -
