Question, did you modify your dd?
You have to either modify it to accept Gc games, or rip a drive from an old wii, that accepts Gc

you have to mod the disk drive so it can " lock" to read the GC games
I saw a tutorial long ago but can't find it , sorry :/

yes, you have to , but as I remember is just cutting a piece of plastic of the disk drive
