Since Rei cfw is being worked on I believe it's best to put efforts in that one instead no?
I wouldn't feel comfortable using this.

Rei isn't getting paid to do this, so he is free to spend his time how he pleases. I'm sure he tries cracking TX OS on the side as a funny hobby to making his cfw and other projects.

It's not fake, its just the nro with tx service calls patched out which includes license check, pro status, etc.. nothing really important afaik. Think i need to modify my loader tho to get games not to crash.

Closed source software is still malicious whether or not it's cracked. There could be a time bomb in the SX code that randomly bricks the console if an anti-piracy check is triggered.

I think devs are smart enough to at least know there's time bombs in there, brick code in SX OS already happened.

I'm confused what your point is? I was saying it's ironic that the guy was complaining that people don't want to pay for TX (and that he's ok with paying them) while not wanting to pay for games himself....

I guess it wasn't clear to me what you meant. I'm not sure it qualifies as ironic though. Also, I bet no one would've payed for SX OS if there was a cracked version floating around from the start, so most people that claim to support them are probably doing it because of pride.

The fact it's been cracked this far is a good sign, why wouldn't they add the most security to the one feature they have over the free cfws?

i’m not really interested in cracked sx os as i’m happy with my legit license. xci will come with some sigpatch kips in short time i guess
heard some stuff about him back along but didn’t pay much attn.
just thought i’d post as it came up on my twitter feed and i see a lot of people getting moist over the prospect of it for some reason

one question (not releated to this). i know someone who sells a switch (its a dev unit but he dont know it). can it play gamecarts?.....or what can i do with it. he sells it for 180 Euro.

His neck. The crack is clearly not ready for general release, given that this is a tease of a WiP.

It goes sideways, it has his name on it. He will get the endless tirades from the users it went sideways on.

I am just content to make some popcorn and watch. When the dust settles, we will have a very useful free CFW. I just have to wait for the dust to settle. For now, I have ReiNX with sigpatches. Perfectly good for my needs at the moment.
