Please someone help me to translate this cheat format (*.plg) to (*.txt) sp i can use it on my GATEWAY card,
I really need this cheats for Dillon's Dead-Heat Breakers EUROPE

you need the raw files which contain the cheats in them. there is no way to break down a plg file to get the raw addresses.

Why is there a very high percentage of getting stuck? Is there one cheat in particular that causes this? Or just any cheat? Were you using NTR or just Luma's built-in to test?

if it also happens on ntr cfw with no plugin loaded, then I don't think it is caused by any cheats
