Hacking What’s the best way to install CW on a 7.1.0-14E please ?

I need some help to hack my friend’s 3ds that has this firmware : 7.1.0-14E
I’ve tried doing the boot9strap method but can’t get soundhax to work and boot
Please help

I did,no luck yet
it flashes red/green and then freezes and an error message pops up that shuts down the 3ds

Can you ask your friend how he updated his 3DS? Was it through System Settings or through a game cart?

i think his problem is the incorrect payload version (possibly even ropbin) was downloaded

Where is the 3ds folder with the safehax.3dsx and udsploit.3dsx files?

Edit - And the SafeB9SInstaller.bin renamed as safehaxpayload.bin on SD root?
