cannot find bios file. do i need to rename it or something
thanks what I saw your post after I posted mine so I got it working nowDo you have dc_boot.bin, dc_flash.bin, dc_flash_wb.bin and dc_nvmem.bin?
dc_boot and dc_flash are the only 2 that are needed. dc_flash_wb and dc_nvmem are generated by reicast. Edited to clarify which dc_flash is generated.Do you have dc_boot.bin, dc_flash.bin, dc_flash_wb.bin and dc_nvmem.bin?

dc_flash_wb is generated. Again, only the initial 2 are needed. You could've drawn that conclusion if you had put any thought into it. I listed them in the same order as you in my reply. Mindblowing. Moving on.You just said dc_flash is needed and dc_flash is generated... How if you need it in the first place? lol
Sonic Adventure 1 works, while SA2 seems to not work. I haven't seen anyone try Shenmue yet.Any games tested already? I'd love to see both Sonic Adventure games, and especially Shenmue (Which is probably not happening yet since the game is usually hard to run for emulators)
Currently, this is standalone. Completely independent of RA.It will be a core for RetroArch?

Lol. Move on.If you read your last post, you said and I quote "dc_boot and dc_flash are the only 2 that are needed. dc_flash and dc_nvmem are generated by reicast."
Good opportunity for anyone and everyone to go play Jet Set Radio!
Trying to run Sega Rally 2 but it stuck at the first screen, any thoughts?
Sega Rally 2 won't work as it was built with the WinCE libraries and hence requires the MMU. Reicast doesn't emulate the MMU so any games that use it won't work
Daytona should work.
its expected as its only an alpha buildThe speed is amazing however I have had several system crashes. Am I the only one?
Also happy to report this works with nro2nsp forwarders.
Create a folder on the root of your SD and call it reicast. Place them there. Also make sure you create a data folder inside the reicast folder and put the bios in there. Once you launch the emulator, go to settings and set the path to reicast.
