Yeah, you need to copy most things from your Vita memory card to your SD2Vita so the console loads the games/homebrew you have there. That is mentioned in the guide when you setup your SD card for Storagemgr.

Most things on your sony memory card can be deleted now, like games. You just need to leave the folders of Vitashell, the exploit used (H-encore or Trinity) and the others the guide mentions. This is just to be on the safe side like I mentioned in my previous post. That way, if your SD2Vita doesn't load for some reason, Vitashell and any exploits you may have will still be available on your Sony memory card. The worst thing that will happen at that point is that the app.db needs to be rebuild and your bubbles layout will be reset, which isn't so bad.

I guess I overlooked the part about copying from vita mc to sd2vita. I actually do not have anything other than the homebrews from the henkaku/adrenaline/etc tutorial since did a totally fresh start, while we're at it, what could the um0(my 16gb sony mc) be used for now? I mean other than for the safeguard methods you mentioned above with h-encore, etc because it is still pretty much mostly empty after all since the homewbrews size are very small. Since those homebrews barely used any space, I decided to not delete anything from uma0 for the safeguard method you mentioned if somehow my sd2vita became problematic.

Glad you got it solved. What a difference between the 16G and 200GB. Sony shouldn't have never capped the storage, that's asking for shit like this. I may buy 200GB or 256GB microsd to carry all the content such as the games and videos. 64GB Sony mc is almost full too :/

Yeah, totally big differences here! It is MUCH cheaper too! sony mc is ridiculously priced, that's why I'm still using my 16gb as the 32gb or 64gb are very expensive..200 GB is pretty much enough for my needs(vita/psp/psx games). So yeah, buy the 200/256gb you totally wont regret it!

handy to keep as it is as backup incase you ever get a problem, in addition you can store any non PS vita games on there.

All PS Vita games need to be on the main memory card ux0 for them to work, however PSP/PS1 games and some emulators allow you to load games which are stored on another drive

What if you have a psp 2000 with no memory card, just the built in internal 1gb memory and I have a 256gb sd2vita microsd card in it? What mounting options do I select for the 4 mount options?
MCD=uma0
GCD=ux0

Are these ok?
I want to use adrenaline and vita games to run of my sd2vita as it has a bunch of space and save gamestates to the sd2vita card. The internal 1gb isnt much space so Id just like to leave it as is and not really store anything in there unless requires to

Spoke to Tom Fulp the other day, if he can find his old Newgrounds site content like the mini Flash animations from the 2000's that played on the portal.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
So far no response, but he did say that he'll find them. Wayback Machine doesn't have em.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@SylverReZ, atleast the 1999 versión of pico's school is avaliable (the difference between it, the 2006 versión and the 2016 versión is that the speed of the game depends of the speed of your computer and that it had the og soundtrack)
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, Another being Pico VS Bear, the original 1999 version before Jim Henson filed a DMCA takedown.

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
The 2006 versión was made when the flash portal was made
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Many people thought it was lost, but was discovered that he hid it on the same page.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@SylverReZ, although the "secrets" system where the game was has been removed. Also pico vs uberkids had a netplay versión that was shutdown, although the swf file has been found
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, Nope. There are two download buttons on the same page, where you can download the original under a file called "bear.exe". "bear2.exe", however, is the updated game in a Flash projector. P.s. this was on the archived Pico page from 2000.
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Xdqwerty, That's been there for a long time, too. People who search for lost media don't look hard enough lmao.

@SylverReZ, also the pico 2 demos used to be only for the newgrounds patrons but they are on internet archive too (https://archive.org/download/picos_school_2)

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
Iirc the demos were removed from newgrounds in 2022
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@SylverReZ, or well only the demo with mindchamber's style was on newgrounds

Fun fact @SylverReZ: iirc one of the goals on the fnf Kickstarter stated that pico 2 would be finished but the Kickstarter didnt get enough money for that goal to be fullfiled

@Xdqwerty, FNF sucks, their community is toxic as hell.

@SylverReZ its a single player game
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@The Real Jdbye, Yea but it has a shitton of mods with their own songs and stuff
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@The Real Jdbye, and quite a lot of people involved in those mods get cancelled
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
Newgrounds wasn't the birth of FNF; rather, it was games where you beat up celebrities and parodies.
