I just recently got NeoGamma set up on my Wii, with a Wiimmfi-patched ACCF backup, and I've been playing for a bit.
But y'know what they say, "Animal Crossing is better with friends you meet on a gaming forum." Or, at least, I say that..

Wiimmfi doesn't support people playing with Dolphin. It's too easy to cheat through it, not to mention its delay, so it's only connections through real Nintendo hardware.

@StrayGuitarist Wrong. If you import your NAND into Dolphin, you can play online on it.

Oh, I wasn't aware. Regardless, you'd still need a physical Wii to do so.
