ROM Hack Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire (Debug) hidden features

In English Ruby Debug 1.0, at 0x390300 in the ROM, (and in other versions/languages in a different location) the following bytes can be found:

03 06 04 FF 00 00 00 00 00 00 05 09 0A 0C 0D 0E
0F FF

These are the options selectable via the test menu (Select on title screen), 3 on the first page and 7 on the second;
the range of valid options is 0 to F but not all of them are ordinarily accessible, have fun

Yeah, localisers don’t need access to most of Japanese debug menu functions.

Is it possible to make an ips patch enabling the remaining functions on localised versions?

the Japanese version is the same...

A premade patch wouldn't be too practical ((2 games * 2 versions * 5 languages + 2*1*1 for the third English version) * how many custom menus you could think of...)
but you certainly can find the above sequence and paste for example 00010203040506FF00000708090A0B0C0DFF over it!
