Hacking EZ-Flash Omega DE Mode B/NOR roms

If i put a rom into nor and try to boot it either from the menu or switching the switch to Mode B i just get scratchy sound and white screen and i do have Cart enabled in settings for Mode B the rom boots fine not in nor and i IPAed the connections so its not a dirty contact problem also tried in different GBA/GBA SP/Micro and DS same result

Does this happen with any ROM? I tested it with the Shrek GBA Movie and it worked just fine.

Go Definitive Setting page. The MODE B setting must be LINK. Sometimes, you have to set it to other option, save. then set to LINK, save, will solve some issues.

Can you launch the game on NOR in MODE B properly?

I just did that and still all i get is white screen booting from menu or when switched to mode B

@Shadow#1 I don't have particular help here for you - just my experience with it. I also had that happen the first time I tried to load a NORFLASH rom in Mode B. White screen and nothing. So I went back to Mode A, went to the settings, changed the MODE B setting to something else, saved the setting, then changed it back to link and saved it, and then flipped the switch, and it worked.

@EZ-Flash2 no matter what I do nor booted games always boot to white screen is it defective or is there something that u can give me to get it working again?

Finally, we suggest you to format Norflash completely, if there is no improvement after formatting, you should contact your dealer to replace it.

OK I did all that and just get like 1 sec of game boot first time then freeze then tried a different game i get like the slot contacts are dirty no matter on all systems i tried it on and the contacts are clean so yea seems like its broken
