Is it possible to add a friend in a banned switch ?

Hi ! I want to play Minecraft locally with my sister, but one of my switch is CFW'd and banned. So I can't add new friend. Is it possible through any way to add a friend ?
I tried to add a friend locally but obviously "the friend will be add when the console will be connected to internet" sadly

Maybe it is possible to dump a friend list from a console and inject it in another one ?
Or anything else

The main goal is play Minecraft but maybe another games need to have player in friend list...

pretty much the only way around that is using custom servers assuming those will even work. but idk how that would work on a banned switch because doing it even on a clean sysnand requires access to the few public servers the game provides you in order to redirect their IP address to a different server.

Assuming the games have local play, like Mario Kart, what you want is nigh impossible to achieve. But try to look for XLink.

I wonder if this hack to circumvent the canned servers and use custom servers instead would help. If you both changed your DNS to 104.238.130.180 and then picked the same custom server maybe you’d see each other since it uses a completely different user base?

Not really. Some games have local play that you enable by pressing a key at the menu.
I forgot which, but a quick Google search should help.
