sky3ds+ not working on 3DS

Hi, I need a little bit of help.

I bought a nintendo 3DS and a sky3ds+ and tried to download games with my brother but it doesn't show on the 3ds. I installed the firmware V140, sd formatter and even uploaded the 3DS but nothing works.

Did someone go through the same issue ?

Someone told that maybe with firmware v110 it will work but i can't find it anywhere on the internet. If someone has it I would like it
