How to dump game patch from rom

I'm having a bit of trouble understanding how to dump a game patch from rom. I've seen some threads suggesting NSP, however I dont see the update selector unless I go into the romfs dump.

Any help will be appreciated.

It's been a while since I dumped something but you should be able to dump it with nxdumptool.
Go to "dump installed sd card/emmc content", select your game, the select "Nintendo Submission Package (NSP) dump", and the program should ask you whether to dump the base game or dump installed update. Make sure you see "Installed updates: v00000" next to title id, the dump update option won't appear if you don't have update installed.

Also try to redump your keys

Thank you, I did that and ended up with the NSP file. Then I remember you have to install it via Nand and that made it work.
