In the lead-up to Sonic Frontiers' launch, SEGA is advertising a special bonus for those that subscribe to the game's official newsletter. The stylish and iconic "SOAP" shoes from Sonic Adventure 2 will be making a return in Sonic Frontiers, as free DLC. In order to equip Sonic with the shoes, you'll need to sign up for the Sonic Frontiers newsletter, and after the game launches on November 8th, you'll receive an email with an in-game code you can use.

SA1/SA2 just didn't age well. They were great for the DC era, but beyond that it feels dated.

The Sonic/Shadow stages on those games are still fun.

I bought the XBLA versions years ago and they're fine as it is, although a fan analysis shows these versions are inferior to the DC version.

Hey, the Tails stages on SA1 International are good just.... too easy to break with flying. That's why they stuck Tails with a mech in SA2 not just due to laziness even if that and the short time they had to develop the game pplayed a part.

Sega has been terrible with the ports of these two games to the point direct ports of the Dreamcasts versions with a fixed chao garden would be an improvement. Yeah SA2B multiplayer was good back then but I can go without it.
