    edit: success!!! i have downgraded to 9.2!!! ..but i had to format my 3ds first, oh well ! however oot3dhax isnt working, i cant find anything online about it, does anyone know if it doesnt work on 9.2 or something (probably a stupid question but ive only recently got oot3d)

    id already done those things and gone into recovery mode, so ill try using that guide and downgrading to 10.3. thank you for the help!

    There was a comparison of the number of Ibuprofen poisonings before and after they limited the maximum dosage per box or per pill (i'll look that up). No limit on the number of boxes you can still buy as many as you want, so people argued it was pointless.

    Here we have ketoprofen that used to be prescription-only because of the risk of toxic dosages, but then they halved the dose per pill and sell them in bottles of six pills apiece instead of twenty and it doesn't need a prescription any more.
