    I'm not completely understanding you but if you are testing it from your PC, you need to clear your DNS cache. If not, it'll work until you do. Type ipconfig /flushdns in a command prompt. It may be the same on your Wii U so go to the browser and clear the cache. After that, try again and...

    Never really had a problem with it. Yeah sometimes it's slow but so what? Leave it on overnight. Never had to enter a captcha really. Never ever had whatever limit you're talking about. But to each his own.
