    Thanks for sharing that info, I had never considered over tightening the screws. I am in the U.S. and usually turn to GameStop to just trade in joy cons with issues and take the now $6 refurb fee.

    It’s good to learn about repairing, I can understand that. But Nintendo doesn’t care the age or the issue, it will be replaced with a new joy con.

    If you are in a country where Nintendo does free repairs I would advise going that route, I’ve seen this on joy cons where the antenna was getting smushed by the shell, pushing the wire further down has fixed it or sometimes the antenna itself just needs replaced.

    @AKNES the cables on the Joy Con sticks are longer, minor issue. Not sure if there was a specific reason, I really liked the shorter cables as now they are harder to install.     I think most common chans are 4 and 8. There are other less commonly used spin offs you can find via Google, nothing really good coming out of these sites. You can’t access 55chan through 55chan you are looking for 27chan to access it.
