    I tried reinstalling the sound file and made sure it had the ".m4a" at the end and it still didn't work. I'm not sure what you mean when you say the starter.zip, when I download the soundhax from their website it just gives me the sound file, not a zip file I believe. The only other confusing...

    The version of my 3ds is 11.0.0-26U. I tried to send a link to the website I used to try and install it from, and a picture of the files on my SD card, but since I'm a new member it wouldn't let me. It was 3ds guide though. I followed the instructions for the old 3ds for version 9.0-11.3
