    The option in settings only hides the logs from third parties, it literally says that when you try to disable. All logs still go directly to nintendo.

    yeah size of game doesn't seem to matter or donor. however it seems save file size permitted to donor has to be > save file size required by lfs game

    All titles store some kind of save afaik even if it is not obvious. You can find the size of their saves in system settings. Title ID can be found using a save manager eg checkpoint

    yeah the save is loaded from the donor title. So if you have DKTF legit and use another title as donor it won't load the save (from my personal testing anyways)
