    Hacking NSW SD files builder

For that reason I left it deselected by default. I included it for users that need to backup everything at first boot

    Hacking NSW SD files builder

Recently I found this post with some boot logos so I added the automated extraction feature. Just rename your boot logo to bootlogo.zip, put in inside the workdir folder and it will be extracted to the right atmosphere folder. I'm using the attached one for my NSW, it's the PSX logo when a game...

Homebrew WIP Convert any payload to TX boot.dat

Some of us still have the SX dongle, so in my case this still works to use it to launch the hekate payload with it. BTW, I made this repo before going with the SX Gear way (pointing the boot.ini payload file to bootloader/update.bin).

Hacking Sigpatches for Atmosphere (Hekate, fss0, fusee & package3)

This is something I normally don't recommend but you can try a full format using Rufus with the following settings: Boot selection: Non bootable Quick format: unchecked Create extended label and icon files: unchecked EDIT: You can also check "Check device for bad blocks", 1 pass.

Hacking Sigpatches for Atmosphere (Hekate, fss0, fusee & package3)

I see... Seems you are trying to run it from a folder you don't have write permissions, so move the application to a different folder and try again

Hacking Hardware Picofly - a HWFLY switch modchip

Someone at reddit seems to be working on a single-piece flex for the Switch Lite: Seems nice, but I don't know how it's going to be fixed or how it affects the shielding. Anyone else has any info on this?

    Hacking NSW SD files builder

Hi, all. Every time a new firmware version goes out I used to update Atmosphère, Hekate and SPs manually by deleting the atmosphere and bootloader folders, downloading the latest zips and extracting them back to my SD. I got tired of searching for the zips so I made a small program in GoLang...

[Help] Need to convert Fusee.bin to sx dongle boot.dat

If you, like me, still have your SX dongle, you can follow these steps: Download SX Gear and extract the files in the root of your SD card Download the fusee.bin file from the latest Atmosphère release and put in the root of your SD card Edit the boot.ini file (open it with notepad or whatever)...

[Help] Need to convert Fusee.bin to sx dongle boot.dat

Reading this gave an idea to build a new boot.dat everytime a new Hekate release is out using GitHub Actions. Please check it out and I hope it helps anyone who wants to check about Actions.

Eventhough the New 3DS XL is more powerful, I still feel like the DS Lite was a more polished system. It's a real shame that it never got an XL variant keeping the GBA slot. You'd have to go on AliExpress and buy an ML shell to give a DS phat the unofficial "DS Lite" treatment, and that's the best we'll ever get I'm afraid.

The phat model had amazingly loud speakers tho.

  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
@Jayro, I don't see whats so special about the DS ML, its just a DS lite in a phat shell. At least the phat model had louder speakers, whereas the lite has a much better screen.

They probably said "Hey, why not we combine the two together and make a 'new' DS to sell".

It's a DS Lite in a slightly bigger DS Lite shell.

    It's not a Nintendo / iQue official product, it's a 3rd party custom.
