    They had other people do the voices in English, and did a English graphic for the Overruled as well. Just as they are translating it, they are also doing the extra work of westernizing it.

    I would try out a few and see which one fits your taste (This is where MultiROM is a good thing, but I have no idea if it's supported on your device.) Personally? Paranoid Android.

    Did some more searching and it turns out the guy is actually from a company in Hong Kong that buy computer parts and then claim that they were never shipped: http://www.viewsnewsandreviews.com/ebay-scammer-do-not-sell-to-ysyso-wing-yiu-update/ Called Paypal, and the closed the case in my favor.
