Maybe try removing all the files related to emulating the amiibo's and setting it up again. The idea is that removing everything including configuration files could reinitialize the configuration routine, potentially fixing your issue.
That option is not present in my nsp version of retroarch that I installed 1 month ago. I will need to come back to this tomorrow, then I can see if the option is there when I update retroarch.

Can anyone else confirm the following is an issue? On Majora's Mask during 'the first three days' you get to trade a moon's tear with the deku shrub. I cannot select any item, the menu always rolls over to the next screen.
I honestly havent kept up with this part of the scene enough to know if there are now different formats used for the key file. I see different file extentions floating around for this (ini, txt ,.keys). Maybe you are better off downloading a prod.keys template somewhere and fix it yourself.

I have not read all the replies in this thread but I can confirm this method is the safest yes.
To be clear,
- Keep clean nand backup somewhere safe.
- Then do all your shenanigans offline forever. Remove wifi settings completely.
- Want to play fortnite? Simply restore to your clean nand...

Tho I must say that nothing about this is unfixable, but I don't think N is going to have any of this fixed. I don't know what company created the eshop backend, but if its the same one as the 3ds one we are sure they arent going to give a flying f... sadly...
