    The Wii can do it with 88MB of RAM (WiiFlow), the Xbox 360 can do it as well with 512MB (Aurora). So it absolutely should be possible, it is the same gamecover just with different textures afterall.

    Someone has to test it to report bugs, so it's uploaded as a beta version. If you don't want it, just use V3 and wait for a proper 60FPS release. I don't understand where the problem is. Once all bugs are fixed it will be the new stable release.

    It's still beta, the bugs are there because of the switch to 60FPS, the bugs are being ironed out just give them some time.

    Just through the menu is fine, it's just for testing. If it works from there, you can put it in the ini. If it works through primary that would mean you're missing some Hekate patches, if so, just use primary or download the correct patches.

    Maybe you downloaded Hekate sigpatches? If so, just delete patches.ini inside the bootloader folder you don't need Hekate sigpatches if youre booting with fusee-primary.     It should work, i'm on 10.0.2 and the version I linked works fine for me. Btw, V2 also has support for zip/rar/7z etc. I just didn't noticed until now.

    yeah, V3 doesn't have an image viewer yet, V2 works fine at least for me, you can try it out it was built with a more recent version of libnx, so the buttons work on newer firmware. That was the only problem I had with the original V2.
