Remember Infamous? Replaying it post-Covid, I got a bit spooked by some similarities with the plot and recent events / conspiracies. See screenshot. And USTV = CNN, the quarantine measures and vaccine... (Despite the Ray Sphere had no effects on non-conduits? Plot may have changed in Infamous 2, but things escalated quickly).
