the screen of my 2ds turns off and on without doing anything, even on the home screen and also while I play games and it's annoying and concerning me, also the touch screen is crashing a lot (errdisp)

That's probably hardware failure. Not sure what else you're expecting.

Unless you're comfortable opening these things up and tinkering with the interior, you'll probably have to find a local repairperson.

Ouch, I don't know anyone who could repair it, and I'm also afraid of ruining my 2DS, but thanks anyway.

Old 2DS turning screen on/off constantly could be a problem with the sleep switch (internally, not the plastic part on the outside). Electronics cleaner for the internal switch could help. If that fails: Solder in a new one.

Sadly the 2|3DS family is aging and shows more and more stupid issues. Repairing will be required on many of them so "just getting another one" is not a (real) solution.

don't take this as advice, seriously, don't, but could the ribbon cables be a problem? i know that it probably isn't the issue because the 2ds has no hinges, but even if it doesn't, they could still be coming loose, right? again, correct me if i'm wrong.

I tried making chocolate lava cakes the other day in cupcake pan, what a mess, my lava exploded out of the cakes everywhere while baking, was still ok tho, just no lava inside.

We had our grandkids over yesterday and I got a small above ground swimming pool I filled for them to play in. Well today I woke to find 3 ducks swimming around in it. Don't mind really but they are annoyingly loud, quack quack. Gotta drain it today. Guess what were having for dinner, lol.

I used butter instead of vegetable oil, and think that's why they squirted out during baking, who knows
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
yeah i think oil is the right call

plus if you're making brownies or lava cakes for people with dairy allergies, you should use oil instead of butter anyway

I make rum cake for 4th July every year, I make it a week prior and then soak it in rum in the fridge all week. I flip the cake each day, and add little more rum, it soaks it up everyday, so good.

sorry, idk what you mean by a space cake, and even if i did, i'm not really taking requests right now, because otherwise people will get mad at me for taking a request but not making a birthday cake for @Xdqwerty (i'm sorry for that btw bro)
