"Seca" in Portuguese means "drought" but is also a slang to being bored, specially when you're bored out of your mind as a result of something of someone else's lameness. We used to sing as kinds and amount us the Sega jingle we heard before Sonic titles, for example, when we were like that, but we'd sing "Seca" instead of "Sega".
