I tot i will use stencil tool to apply solder paste in to these hole and reballing
them first on socket, is this a good idea?

the hell dude. you've had your temperature set way, way too high when wicking.
however, the pads that have fallen off aren't connected to anything, so it should still work.
you cannot put solder balls on the pcb - the stencil will not fit. you should clean the pads as evenly as possible, reball emmc (or mitm adapter if you use one of those) and attach it.

Which temps are the best recommended?

depends on your iron and your tip. Mine is at 380 when wicking motherboard and 330 when wicking emmc. The most important step is to mix the balls with low-melt solder first though, by creating a blob of low-melt on your solder tip and running it over the solder balls for a few seconds

You have 2 grounded pads missing with via underneath. The rest are not connected.

i may put and fill it with some solder ball.

however able too boot in or not.
i mod it with picofly. and plug USB in without connect battery or display or anythings.
picofly start to run and
error code : *=* No eMMC block 0 read (eMMC init failure?)

actually before i got short everywhere i got this error before.
this is how today end.

this is background of this case:
1. emmc low data rate or slow mode something like that, cant boot up OFW/CFW
2. rework emmc with hotair.
3. emmc still low data rate / No eMMC block 0 read
4. rework emmc again.
5. everything workfine for 45 minute.
6. short everywhere.
7. remove EMMC, short gone.
8. place emmc back, still no short can't boot.

next plan.
- remove EMMC and put some mini solder ball into that 2 GRN point and melt with hot air.
- reball and replace EMMC again.

such a hopeless life.
anyway thank you mister.

and anyone who participate.
