To stream a file to your PS3, just share a file on your local network, windows supports it natively (known as Windows shares).

Yes, you would have to wait for a new version of SEN Enabler or an updated CFW.

ODE stands for (Optical Drive Emulator), it's an hardware modification that enables playing game backups on OFW, so just ignore it I guess as it's nearly not related to CFW.
It doesn't matter if it's an HAN compatible PKG or not, just don't forget to install the licence file (included in most fix.pkg).
And no, I don't think the order matters, thought it's weird to have game updates without the game.

It still doesn't appear on the XMB if I don't use Universal Media Server with Movian unlike before when I only needed the former and I had to set the PS3's IP address, Subnet mask, Primary DNS and Second DNS to match the PC's (I still need to follow this last step even after using Movian with Universal Media Server).

Do I have to use that Samba FTP you talked about to stream movies to PS3's Movian? I guess I wouldn't need Universal Media Server but would I still need to change the PS3's IP address, Subnet mask, Primary DNS and Second DNS for it to work?

Also, do you think I can get this to work using only Movian or will 1080p MKV videos (or other videos) still freeze? And what if I keep using Universal Media Server with Movian?

EDIT: Movian doesn't detect my PC on the LAN (I have an error message) so I have to use Universal Media Player without it to stream the video from the PC to the PS3.

EDIT 2: I have a new TV (LG OLED42C26LB) and since then I've been storing movies on an external HDD connected to it to watch movies there. If the movies aren't playable on the TV, I use Plex Media Server to stream them from the PC to the TV.

EDIT 3: It seems webMAN MOD's "Auto CONFIG" setting automatically looks for the matching CONFIG file in ManaGunZ's MANAGUNZ0 folder (I don't even installed ManaGunZ), in webMAN MOD's UDPWEBMOD folder and in PS2CONFIG's folder when the game is mounted and if the PS2 ISO already has a CONFIG file associated, that file is used without having to perform said search. Anyway, webMAN MOD always freezes my PS3 so I uninstalled it.

EDIT 4: I bought an used PS3 since the previous stopped reading BRs, installed webMAN MOD's latest version and it hasn't been freezing my PS3 so maybe it was the previous PS3's HDD's fault. Anyway, I got used to IRISMAN so I uninstalled webMAN MOD.
