Do I need PSN Patch to disable syscalls or I can use Evilnat for that? If I try to sign in to PSN will Evilnat block the access? Does it disable syscalls on boot like PSN Patch's plugin?

yes, it disables syscalls iirc. the way to get them back is going to system update or I think there's an option in cfw tools over network.
yes, I think you just have to go to system update, not select an option. I haven't tested it myself, but it's mentioned in the readme for the firmware.
look in the information section of the release thread on psx-place. I guess both of these methods work. I had never heard of the first one, so it may be new. look at the second feature of cobra 8.3.

it should if cobra is on afaik.I already did but it didn't work. Maybe PSN Patch's plugin is causing a conflict. I'll remove it and try again to see if it works. I really hope Evilnat blocks PSN login from startup.
I meant to say it disables psn access on boot afaik. you have to disable syscalls manually to reenable access.
who knows. we don't know what causes a ban, but based on the experiences of most people, sony doesn't seem to detect much. they probably could if they put more effort into it, but they don't.And may one be banned if it doesn't sign into PSN but with CFW syscalls disabled?

the vita is unlikely as is the psp. the ps4 or 5, I'm not sure, but I wouldn't sign in to either if you have pirated games on the hdd. I'm sure sony has upped their game with the ps5, just like what Nintendo did. it seems unlikely that such an oversight would remain uncorrected when sony's primary goal is to protect themselves and their customers.
there is no cfw for the ps4. there is no coldboot exploit for it. no, the ps5 hasn't been exploited publicly yet, but that disclaimer applies to the ps4, 5, and any future console most likely.I don't think the PS5 has been hacked yet. By the way, can a CFW PS4 play PS1, PS2, PS3, PSP and PS Vita backups?
