    Gaming Is there any down side to buying games from different eshop regions?

    I've come across the fact that different regions eshops have cheaper prices for some games and that apparently you can change your region and buy games from them. Is there any down side to doing this? Can you get in trouble for doing this?

    My friend has never had homebrew installed on his Wii and he upgraded to 4.0. Can he downgrade some way currently now with bannerbomb out or what? I keep hearing people have done it. If the answer is yes can you give me detailed instructions on how to do it?
