ROM Hack Does anyone know how to do this?
I wan't to get some music from an oddly specific game, but the problem is, the OST for the game is literally NO WHERE to be found online. I got this crazy idea, that I can go into the roms files, extract the music, than convert it to a proper audio file. But, I don't know how to go about that...- Sundree

Homebrew I have a lot of questions about FBI
ok, so I'm running off of a o3ds 11.8, and I'm also new to the homebrew scene, to give you context. And from what I'm gathering, .cia's, act basically like .wad files on the Wii. So in order to get FBI (Which is a cia aparantly), I need Luma3ds, and to get that, I need to get a R4 cart? Because...- Sundree
