    I think it is about 300cals per 100g, at least according to the USDA nutritional database, and 100g of dry oats is a lot once prepared with skim milk or water as they absorb a lot of liquid and fill you up.

    Can't you just block her? or set up an email filter to junk all emails with "god", "christ", etc in it? most commercial menstrual pads contain a desiccant such as silica gel which is far more absorbent than cloth, so your home made ones won't work as well.

    have you tried talking to your doctor about your hayfever? None of the over the counter ones worked for me but my doctor prescribed me Fexofenadine which has pretty much stopped my symptoms.

    with hard disk drives: clicking == about to die it may keep going for weeks or months, but it could die any minute, and when it does you will have to pay a data recovery firm 1000s of £$€ to get your data back.

    @K3Nv2 I got some cheapies at wallys, that are pretty good, already have lost a few expensive ones (one falls out and gone, can't find) while cutting grass so bought some cheap ones, and of course never lose these cheap ones. (Cheap meaning only $35, compared to air buds which I only have 1 of 2 now)
