I bought one at a sharper image shop a few years back...
So yes, it IS something you will have fun with for three minutes then put down.
But it's awesome, and you'll pick it up again, friends will want to see it in action, dogs will be terrorized by your elite skillz

Totally worth it.

WAIT, I just had an awesome idea! You should tape the Wiimote to the hilt of the lightsaber then play The Force Unleashed like that. It would be awesome, though quite difficult to hold lol.

That's nothing. I have the $100 Mace one and my wife received a custom parks saber by her Jedi Master. It's valued at $300 before the custom mods she had Jeff Parks do to it. I suppose that is nothing compared to the awesomeness that his her Jedi Master (owns an actual piece of Jabba's Sail Barge).
