Gaming $125 2nd Hand New 3DS - Cheap or not?

As the title says, I'm thinking of buying it but is worth it? Or should I just buy a new one? It's 8 months old I think.

thanks for your feedback. I ended up missing it, but I bought a New 3ds XL Majoras Mask Edition(MM preinstalled and some more titles but all are in japanese Q_Q) on 10.3 JPN for $165. Is it still a bargain? And it's been rarely used as mentioned by the seller.
