If you have some electronics skills you can make you own these days

Otherwise it is mainly going to be the XenoGC that you find, fortunately they are variations on the Qoob theme and do all that the normal chips do (including audiofix). If you fancy yourself a solderer then you can even use a drive emulator ( http://www.gc-forever.com/wiki/index.php?title=Using_a_Wii_drive_replacement_on_a_GameCube ), though I would probably just do it on the Wii instead.

I have no idea where you might find a case replacement but it seems miniDVDs are more readily available, and cheaper, than they were for a moment back then. To say nothing of things like http://www.gc-forever.com/wiki/index.php?title=Swiss

Where, a quick search brings up several shops (they are open source and easily made by anybody that wants to make them after all). http://www.eurasia.nu/shop/default.php?cPath=53 works for a lot of people, not sure what shipping will be for you though.

Ok thanks a lot :)

In fact, the main purpose would be to launch .dol homebrews with a chip (and backup of course).
'cause cheaper chips were only useful for backup only :/
