I think I found the problem.

The ribbon that its under the mic really close to the 3.5mm jack has a lot of corrosion. The ribbon has green stuff on it.

That is the LCD's backlight connector and it looks like the gold connector contacts are corroded enough to fail to connect.
That would cause your system to fail it's boot checks and shut right off.
And you are not seeing the screen light up because the backlight is not coming on.
Unfortunately, you're going to need a new screen as you can't get a backlight separately.

Sorry man :(

Thanks man. Is there a way to "clean" that ribbon?

You can try cleaning the corrosion off the exposed gold contact sections but more often then not, the gold contact is actually eaten away and there isn't anyway to save it.
I have scraped back the ribbon plastic to expose more contact and then trimmed the end of the cable so it can slide into the connector and make contact with the exposed contact. I have done this on a few systems I've repaired but it worked once out of 3 systems so.... ;)

I'm just going to repeat what the others have said but try IPA (Isopropyl alcohol) of 90% to 99% because anything less usually leaves residue and an unwanted coating behind.
Another thing to try is something like Deoxit cleaner or similar if you can't get the IPA.

Also you may want to look inside that flat ribbon connector see if there is anything in there or on those pins. Just a note if you do clean in there, do not use a quetip as the fibers can snag and pull or bend the pins causing irreparable damage to the connector. Do look around for any other corrosion on the board around that area too.
Best of luck and I hope it all works out!

@Xdqwerty there is health behaviour you can add to your character, then to use a health bar is lil more complicated, google n watch a few tutorial video on it, be too hard to explain here.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, the character has the health behavior
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I know you have to create a health and health max variable. Then there is a calculation you use in code to subtract width size of the health bar. Google few vids.
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, the "greenflatbar" is one of the preset health bars btw
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea you can use any bar/sprite. It will just change the width. Ok good luck and have fun. I'm off to go shoot some pool at the bar. Talk to you later.

  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@BigOnYa, why does the health behavior exist if you can just use a variable?
