Hacking 3DS 9.2 w/o gateway options?

i got emunand to run on rxtools but i cant install these see eye aye files.

i got NASA to say it installed these see eye aye but i dont see any progress.

i dont have gateway but i want to install these see eye ayes and play online.

normally i have no problem looking things up and figuring them out but this is particularly difficult for some reason.

if anyone can help me im on o3ds xl and would like to play online, install these see eye aye, and local play SSB4 on my 3ds.

i would like to stay on 9.2 if possible but if there is no way then i will do 4.5 or whatever.

i want to emunand the latest firmware but its hard to fine info on that specifically.

please help!

Inject FBI into H&S on emunand with Decrypt9. Then install whatever you want.
