Hacking 3DS backups from Wii U USB Helper Help??

Ok so, I just got a 3DS backup using Wii U USB Helper for the first time.

I got amazed that it isn't a .cia out of it, unfortunately.

I got the following folders:
DATA
DATA_3DS

Inside the DATA_3DS contains the region and the game. Inside the name of the game folder contains:
00000001.app
00000002.app
title.tik
title.tmd

That's it. What am I supposed to do with it?
Is the 3DS side of Wii U USB Helper only for Citra?

If you're wondering why I don't use freeShop is that it refuses to update the titlekeys, even when entering them manually via QR code on the site, so that's why I tried Wii U USB Helper.

i think there is an option to build a cia in the wii u usb helper. if not, you can use this, https://github.com/d0k3/3DS-Tools-Collection/raw/master/FunKeyCIA/make_cdn_cia.exe , on that directory to create a cia

usage: make_cdn_cia (Directory name here) (output file name here)

Ok, there is an option to copy to the SD Card and pack to CIA, but none of them work.
Do I need to redownload the game? If so, how? It's marked as downloaded ofcourse...

Ok, after trying again, it works!
I still don't know what I missed.

Sounds like something got messed up in your FreeShop configuration. You might want to delete the configuration file and set it up again from scratch.

I usually just use FunKeyCIA to download 3DS CIAs though. It doesn't have a GUI, but it's use is fairly straightforward.

Delete the 3ds/freeShop or 3ds/data/freeShop folder then follow the instructions in the OP of the Noob Paradise thread. It should work.

Ok thanks. I just deleted both freeshop folders. There was also one in the 3ds/data folder.

Is the latest game 'Shin Megami Tensei: Strange Journey Redu'?
If so, this means it's done correctly.
