This seems to be what you're looking for: https://gbatemp.net/threads/twl-slot-1-launcher-first-custom-dsiware-app.414501/yes
but that card is very old
stored as a "live" seed on their servers which would be required for it to connect anyway.
Honestly, I doubt it. More than likely it just shows the seed as "online" when it's being used regardless of how many people are using it. It's not like connecting to a switch hub or something. The only issue is if one person gets it banned, obviously anyone else using it will be banned. Hence the stigma behind public seeds as you don't know if people are blatantly cheating on purpose to ban the seed out of spite; or ignorance.Ok, so obviously many people are connecting online at the same time using the same seed, this apparently doesn't cause an immediate ban of said public seed.
BUT, does it change anything if two (or more) devices using the same seed are also registered as friends to one another?
You can install b9s directly on both examples without any downgrading (except O2DS would need Cubic Ninja if no browser - otherwise can update to 4.x with a cart and use MSET).What would happen if you did A9LH on a O3DS that still has firmware 1.0.0-2.1.0; or a N3DS still on FW versions 9.0-9.2? Would the downgrade mechanism cause a system error, brick the system, or nothing much? If the latter, would it be feasible to just insert the HB Launcher or Ctrboot9, and maybe also corbenik FW without doing any downgrading?
Also, does cakes work with NTRboot properly?
Hold Select on bootHey, i put Luma3DS maybe a 3/4 year ago on my N3DS to play Sun/Moon. What do i have to do to be able to play ultra sun and moon? DO i have to update it? And if so, how?
Thank you so much
Hold Select on boot
In every case, once done you can update to the latest firmware.
- If the normal home menu boots follow https://3ds.guide
- If you see funny colours or the homebrew launcher boots, turn off, take out the SD card, turn on your console, put back the SD card, change the theme then follow https://3ds.guide
- If you see Luma version 7.0.5 or lower, follow https://3ds.guide/a9lh-to-b9s
- If you see Luma version 7.1 follow https://3ds.guide/updating-b9s
- If you see Luma version 8.0-8.1 you can download 8.1.1 from https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases and replace your boot.firm
- If you see Luma version 8.1.1 you're ok
You need a torrent client like Deluge. There should be a link to download it in the guide somewhere. Thanks a lot!! my Luma version says 6.6 but i can't download the secret_sector.bin file from the page for some reason
I'm stuck.
I accidentally went from a 11.2 SysNAND-only setup with B9S / Luma to stock (used GW card, updated while in GW mode, schoolboy error). I've managed to regain B9S / Luma, and I've used GM9 to format with an EmuNAND, however I can't get GM9 to restore my NAND backup to this EmuNAND (in order to be on <11.2 again). I moved my NAND backup from my PC to the SD card and stored in in gm9/out (I believe this is the folder that GM9 expects to find it?) however it just returns a message saying no usable NAND backups found, or words to such effect. I've tried with backups of my Sys and EmuNANDs. I tried adding most of the files in this folder; no good! Give me a clue what I'm doing wrong please!

Start https://3ds.guide from the beginning. Your console is pretty much stock - no permanent modifications have been made. You will want to follow the optional move-emunand section so you can keep using the games and such from your rxTools emuNAND.I haven't been following the 3ds scene in a long while but I've recently been in need to update my N3ds emunand to the latest firmware. I have been using rxtools and luma using oothax and soundhax for entering my cfw but I heard that in order to use the latest firmware I need to update to latest luma (unfortunately no more support from rxtools). Apparently luma does not support my entrypoints anymore since version 7.1, and I really don't have the time to focus on installing al9 right now. is there another way I could get to use my emunand on the latest firmware or can I use the luma before 7.1 to use it.
but is there a way to use latest emunand firmware while keeping it stock like using a different cfw loader or a modification to luma.Start https://3ds.guide from the beginning. new luma only works with boot9strap, which unlike arm9loaderhax doesn't take that long to set up.but is there a way to use latest emunand firmware while keeping it stock like using a different cfw loader or a modification to luma.
