Hardware 3DS to have friendlist, achievements, and possibly voice chat

This comes from an EA 3DS developer named Ryan Stradling. It's legit since it's on Nintendo's E3 interviews. He's talking about how the 3DS could enhance sports games and mentions being able to see when your friends are online, sharing achievements, and mentions wanting to be able to talk to friends while gaming (though that part may be speculation). I think it possible though, several DS games have voice chat after all.
